^NUTRITION^

One of our basic needs is food. We need food in order to survive. When we are hungry,we eat foods to reduce our hunger.

Most of the time,we want to eat delicious foods.But,Not all Foods are nutritious. Some foods are not nutritious and are not good to our health. An example of these foods is the junk food. It is not good to eat because it has preservatives and some has too much saltiness. These foods are not good for us.

We should eat nutritious foods so that our body will become healthy. If we are healthy,we are also strong. We can do anything we want to do. We can easily do and accomplish our task. As we are still young,we should eat nutritious foods so that our body will become strong.

Every month of July, the Nutrition Month is always celebrated. This celebration tells us the importance of eating nutritious foods.Our school also celebrates Nutrition Month every year. There are programs and contests that are done during this month. This month of July is a nice month.
